what is wrong with my laptop? Warming up to ten minutes after connecting, but cools off in ten minutes from hibernation or apagado.es that normal? give thanks!

I just bought a HP Tablet PC from craigslist. But the bios isn’t saving the settings. I might need to replace the cmos battery but i don’t know where it’s located. Any help?

I have a HP Touch Smart PC, it’s a tablet PC that has a touch screen and comes with a pen. However, I wanted to useit for digital drawingas well, but the pen is not pressur- sensitive like wacom tablets. Is there any program that lets me make it pressure-sensitive? Thanks
